Pure Baby Boot Camp


PURE BB WILL BE TAKING A LITTLE BREAK UNTIL THE SPRING! Check back in after Easter or come to Pure Aerobics on Fri mornings at 915.

I am a fitness instructor trained in Post Natal Assessment and Exercise Prescription and will help you get back to fitness in a safe, effective and fun way.

We tend to do 4 circuits each week; one Strength, one ABs, one Core and one Cardio.

Too often the focus after having a baby is losing weight and the mummy tummy. Contrary to the numerous media images presenting celebs with the perfect bodies within weeks of having their babies, it takes the body quite some time to recover from childbirth. If you don’t take your time and exercise correctly, you could be creating HUGE problems for yourself going forward.

But DON’T PANIC! There is plenty of time for us all to correct the post natal exercise DONTs that we are all guilty of, so drop me a line if you’re interested.

Classes are pay as you go but BOOKING is REQUIRED.  xxx

    I am a new mum of 8 weeks, and I am looking for a class to help me get back into shape.
    I am either looking for an evening class for myself or one during the day where I can take my baby.

    • HI Kelly – so sorry I haven’t got back to you before now. I actually just saw your message. I do a Pure Baby Boot Camp on a tues at 145pm which is perfect for new mums as all exercises are geared towards getting you back to fitness and restoring your core in a safe and fun way. We also spend 15 minutes at the end of each class focusing on restoring your core and building up your core strength to be able to cope with daily life AND get your flat tummy back.
